Engagement was always tough, but remote working makes it 10x harder. With experts saying this situation could last at least another 18 months, remote working is here to stay.

Without access to care this may accelerate, adversely impacting productivity and employers.
To summarise, a more-of-the-same approach will lead to employees becoming disengaged, unproductive and unhealthy. If left unchecked, health claims will likely increase and attrition may rise. How does data-driven Wellbeing address these challenges?
Let’s go back to the basics: you cannot improve what you do not measure.
